Studio with bedroom, lounge & outdoor space

Hi, I'm Nicola from Tribeliving, and I'll be honest: this is one of my favourite homes in the building and couples are welcome.

Most studios make you sleep, cook and binge-watch in the same four walls. Not this one. You get a separate bedroom, your own kitchen and living room, a private en-suite shower room, and a little outdoor space of your own for that first coffee of the day. It's on the ground floor, it's one of the biggest homes we have here, and it's all yours.

I've kitted it out so you can arrive with a suitcase and nothing else. Bed, sofa, crockery, pans, kettle, toaster: done. Every household bill is covered in one monthly payment of £1,150, and there's street parking outside.

If you work at the DGH, you'll love this bit: it's a four-minute drive away. Night shift finishes, you're home and in bed before the kettle's cold.

A lot of our tenants come to us because a friend or colleague told them to, plenty of doctors and NHS staff among them. They stay because when something needs fixing, we actually fix it.
