Lovely single room with space to fit a double bed. Currently set with bunk beds, but can easily put the double bed back in. The room has WiFi and TV point. All bills included except phone. Use of whole house, 10 minute drive to Polegate Train station and 10 minute walk into Hailsham Town where you will find all the amenities needed.
