The area is well serviced and 100m to the local GP and dentist. Also 100m to the local Co-Op and Tesco Express, frequent buses to central Brighton (5, 5A and 5B) and a Flint Owl Bakery, Takeaways and other local shops. A large Sainsbury superstore is 10 minutes walk.
Portslade Station is 10 minutes walk and Hove Station 20 minutes.
Hove Lagoon beach is approx 20 minutes walk.
