We have a lovely annex available with it's own entrance and own bathroom (photos of room taken at night but really light and bright in the daytime). Shared kitchen, utility room and living area.
Comes with the options all with bills included (unless unreasonable increase seen).
£850pm - unfurnished.
£900pm - furnished with bed, mattress and side tables.

The room would work well set up either with a day bed that can be turned into a sofa in the daytime and double bed at nighttime, providing space for a desk - or a king size bed that is static but would create a bedroom only space.
If wanted furnished I'd be happy to accommodate whatever works for the tenant regarding bed.

At the minute, I'm unable to accept pets. I would consider a couple but it's not the largest space for a couple to live in so please bare this in mind (would also be a slight increase due to bill usage for two people).

There is a communal garden with decking and patio and eventually there will also be a pergola.

We are also in the process of building a small kitchenette in the annex so eventually the tenant would have their own cooking space included.
