The room works well set up with a king-size bed, double bed or day bed that can be turned into a sofa in the daytime and double bed at nighttime, providing space for a desk.
At the minute, I'm unable to accept pets, as my room mate is allergic, but would be open to them in the future if this were no longer an issue.
There is a communal garden with decking and patio area.
We are also in the process of building a small kitchenette in the annex so eventually the tenant would have their own cooking space included.
