Double room for professional or student

This double room is a good size with a comfortable double bed. It has a TV and Amazon fire stick. Stripped wooden floors and light and airy. It is the only bedroom on the ground floor and has a toilet and sink next door. There is also a fridge, kettle, cafetière provided. The tenant must be a quiet professional and like pets as we have 2 cats and a large dog who is contained in the lounge. There are table and chairs in the front garden under the window of the room. This gets the sun all morning.
The kitchen is shared and tenants can use all appliances including the washing machine. The lounge is for family only as it is where the dog is contained. There is a family bathroom upstairs and decking in the back garden which tenants are also welcome to use.
