A lovely furnished room with all bills included (including strong WiFi) in a Victorian house 1 minute walk from Hastings station, and 5-minutes from the town centre, sea-front and Alexandra Park. Working female lodger preferred.

The room is large with a high ceiling and bay window, fully furnished (desk, wardrobe, double bed) and ornate fireplace. Plenty of room to work and relax.

There is also a large sitting-room/workspace and decked patio, as well as a large kitchen, breakfast-room, utility and shower-room, and two separate toilets. Large Morrisons and bus routes less than 5-minutes away.

Very calm, friendly and respectful household. Currently two other lodgers, one male and one female. Also household pet, Mickey the cat.
