I have a double room with En-Suite available. Room has king size bed, triple wardrobe, small TV room for use of the room rented. Shared kitchen and Dining area in the kitchen.

On private housing estate.
looking someone and in full-time employment. Females preferred, non-smokers only, no drugs.
Room is for single occupancy only, Ideal for quiet respectful professional, ideally Healthcare professional.

All bills included; including, council tax, gas, electric, water, fast wifi and Netflix.

Would suit NHS staff working at the Conquest, is only a 5-6 mins drive.

I have 2 Chihuahuas if you like dogs. 😊
