I have a double room with en suite available has king size bed, triple wardrobe, small TV room for sole use of the room rented. Shared kitchen and Dining area in the kitchen which is shared.

Second smaller bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and share of TV room upstairs.

On private housing estate.
looking someone and in full time employment females preferred , non smokers only /no drugs.
Each Room is for single occupancy only, Ideal for quiet respectful professional.

All bills included, including council tax, gas, electric, water, fast wifi and netflix.

Would suit NHS staff working at the Conquest, is only a 5-6 mins drive.

I have 2 Chihuahuas if you like dogs. 😊
