I am looking someone and in full time employment females preferred , non smokers only and has similar interests.
Each Room is for single occupancy only. All bills included, including council tax, gas, electric, water, fast wifi and Netflix. I do not allow stay overs.
I have 2 small Chihuahuas in a separate area of the house if you like dogs. 😊
Maximum rent period is 1 year.
