I have a lovely double room with a fireplace in a Victorian terraced house close to Hastings Town, the West Hill and Ore Train Station. Window overlooks garden and Ore valley.
Would suit a single person (£550 pcm), a single parent (£650 pcm for 1 adult + 1 child), or couple (£700 pcm for pair).
Room comes with shared use of our private garden, large luxurious family bathroom with double shower, extra large roll top bath and WC. Also shared use of the open plan sitting and dining room (dining table seats 6), a large kitchen with dishwasher and double range cooker, and an additional separate WC on the ground floor.
No immediate parking due to yellow lines, but there is always plenty of space in the nearby streets.
WiFi, Gas, Electricity, Water, Netflix and Disney+ are all included.
Council tax band is 'C' - you will be responsible for paying your own council tax.
Separate food storage in kitchen will be provided.
Room is furnished with large double wardrobe, occasional table, and king size double bed. Bed arrangement can be adjusted according to requirements (e. g. bed can be converted to single and another single bed added).
