The house is very close to the town centre, Morrisons supermarket, Alexandra park and Hastings old town which is just over the west hill.

The property has been refurbished with new bathrooms, kitchen and utility facilities. This would suit a professional who is quiet, respectful and enjoys being close to the Sea & Old town of Hastings.

Would prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female. Ideally looking for medical professionals working from Conquest Hospital.
