Beautiful room in period house

Large and light double room available for single occupancy in a beautiful detached house with views over Alexandra park.. The house is in leafy Laton Road, Blacklands area within walking distance to stations and both the new and Old Town of Hastings. Morrisons supermarket also within walking distance.

This is a perfect room for a professional person (no WFH) please, who is quiet and respectful. It would be ideal for medical professionals working at the Conquest Hospital.

I mostly work from home & it's a friendly, relaxed environment. The house is very large so allows for us both to have privacy. My sons sometimes come to stay as do friends at the weekends otherwise it's just me.

The room is furnished. It has a desk, chairs, plenty of storage space, central heating & WI-FI. there is a well equipped shared kitchen, use of own lounge, a shared bathroom and a garden.

The road is quiet and has ample free parking.
