Live-in female landlord looking for a tenant for a spare double bedroom in a comfortable, spacious, refurbished Victorian house located close to the West Hill in Hastings.

The room is situated on the first floor close to the shower room and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk with chair and a good size clothes rail. Located at the back of the house, the room enjoys lovely far reaching views and looks over a pretty well tended garden.

You will have access to a large refurbished fully equipped open-plan kitchen / dining room including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave etc. The house benefits from two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. You are welcome to use the garden too .

All bills are included in the rent, including fast fibre broadband.

The house is in a great location, with Ore station being just 7 mins walk away, and the Old Town and New Town both only 18 mins walk. Bus stops are close by for Conquest Hospital, Hastings town and station , St Leonards, Ore Village and beyond to Rye. Two very useful convenience stores are nearby.

There is unrestricted free parking available on the road.

I am retired now and am looking for a respectful, clean and tidy full time professional person for the room. I myself live a quiet lifestyle in general, but do occasionally host my family here.
