Sunny room in Clive Vale home

Sunny first floor room in friendly Victorian terraced house with shared kitchen, bathroom and living space. My preferred lodger would be a friendly non smoker who works or studies full time but mainly not from home. Environmental awareness is important - I try to recycle and not waste food.
I'm a writer and painter and work from home.
There is a large deck with sea view and a good sized garden.
I'd be happy to share occasional meals.
We would share the cleaning of shared areas of the house.
The rent is inclusive of bills, council tax, wifi etc but daytime heating Mon - Fri is not included. In autumn and winter the heating will be on first thing in the morning and in the evening.
I don't have a TV and therefore if you want to watch TV you will have to obtain (and pay for) a TV licence.
