Quiet area near Ore station, please read advert.

Looking for someone in full time work. (Not WFH). Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me so someone that is respectful of that would be perfect. I am a vegetarian and would prefer a vegetarian or vegan. I'm also a naturist(nudist) so would ideally like to find someone that doesn't have a problem with that. Strictly no smoking and no drugs. No couples, only available for 1 person.

Be good to find someone that is up for a chat, drink, laugh or likes a game of badminton, golf or tennis and doesn't just lock themself away in their room although that's fine too!

The house is in a quiet road close to Ore Station with an open plan living area including the lounge, dining room and kitchen.

The shared bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The room available is at the rear of the house and has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. The room has a TV aerial point and plenty of electric sockets.

There is no allocated parking although parking to the front of the property is not an issue. The garden is secluded in summer and accessed up steps with a patio, decked area, lawns and flower borders and has sun for much of the day in summer. There is a hot tub in the garden (small extra charge)
