Female lodger only — single occupancy - this is a live-in arrangement sharing my kitchen, dining room, garden and bathroom.

£750 Bills Included – on street parking

I’m the live-in owner, but my bedroom is in a garden room, so you’ll have far more privacy than in a typical house-share while still sharing the main house with me.

The important bit: cleanliness!

I’m looking for someone genuinely extremely clean and tidy who naturally leaves the kitchen, bathroom and other shared areas exactly as they found them.

I’ve already had a husband and raised three children. I’m not looking for another one and my days of cleaning up after other adults are officially over. 😂

This is also a very quiet home and neighbourhood, so no parties and consideration for the neighbours is essential at all time.

Ideally you will be a working or a studying, financially secure person who is normally out during the day and can provide references.

All bills are included subject to fair usage of heating, hot water and laundry. As a guideline: approximately a 10-minute shower per day and two wash/dryer loads per week.

Smoking is outside only. You must also like dogs, as I have one.

If you’re independent, respectful, quiet and the sort of person who actually likes living in a spotless home, we’ll probably get along brilliantly.
