King Room is 600 inclusive of bills and can be ongoing. Smaller double room 495 inc per month.
The king sized room is also avail on short term £185 per week for 1 month £175 per week for 2 months and £165 per week for 3 months. 4 and 5 months at the 3 month rate. Or long term (6 months+)at £600 per month. Short term the room is for 3 month max contract but it may be possible to extend beyond then. Other durations available on request. Deposits are refundable if you leave the place in same condition you found. Non returnable for no shows or change of circumstances. Couples would be considered on the shorter term of max 3 months. There will be an adjustment for couples on cost to reflect energy useage. Available 02Jan-16Jan for a move in date.
