Shared areas of the house include the entrance hallway, large main kitchen with kitchen table, washing machine and tumble dryer facilities, south facing garden, patio and bike shed.
This is a large house. I'm fairly private and keep my living room and dining room for myself to relax after a hard day's work.


My log term partner visits at the weekends with her cat, but if there is wind we will be kitesurfing or out somewhere having adventures.
The top floor is furnished with bed, sofa, chest of drawers, fridge freezer, air-fryer, microwave, sink and a TV.
There is street parking with a permit.
Good connections to bus stops and trains.
The beach and lagoon is at the bottom of the road and close to parks shops and amenities.

Bills include council tax, gas, electric, fiber Wi-Fi, TV licence, and water.
