Particularly suited to a LANGUAGE student ..
The room is in a nice contemporary flat to be shared with one other, myself, the owner.

The room is furnished with a single bed, (bedding supplied if required.).
Chest of drawers.
Desk and chair… but bear in mind it is a single room with all you need supplied, but no extra space for too many things.
ALL bills included plus Broadband.

The flat is in the central yet quiet, safe area of Poets Corner. 2 mins to Portland Rd, shops, cafes, bus stop.. with all buses going into Brighton.
The sea a 15 min walk.
1O min walk to Hove & Aldrington station.

The room would suit a person who enjoys a calm, clean, ordered environment.
I like someone with an independent, sunny, personality who likes to laugh .. who enjoys quiet but also has a healthy active life outside the home with friends and interests they enjoy.
NOT suited to someone who wishes to stay at home or work from home during the day.

Short stays ONLY of up to 4 months max.

I have been taking lodgers and language students for many years and rarely have a problem due to direct, friendly communication.

As we will be sharing a bathroom and kitchen, someone tidy who clears things away after use… is VERY important.
You are free to use the kitchen as and when it suits with cupboard space made available.

There is paid street parking if you have a car.
No space - inside or out - to accommodate bike, scooter or any extra paraphernalia.

NO SMOKING.
