Double bedroom on Hove seafront - 4 month let

Hi,

My name is Pip and I'm looking to rent my room out for 4 months from the 19th November. I am moving to Sri Lanka to work remotely for the winter and will be back mid April.

About the room and flat:
It's ground floor flat on the corner of Brunswick Square.
It's a two bedroom flat and you'd be sharing with my lovely flatmate Shannon. He's super chilled and works away quite a bit. It's a super relaxed house but due to the neighbours it's not a party place. The lounge and kitchen is fully furnished and the bedroom has built in wardrobes.

The bedroom and lounge have direct sea views.

I own the flat so there's no agency issues.

Great bus links and a 10 minute walk into town. 25 minute walk to Brighton station.
Decent kitchen with appliances and all cooking utensils
There is no TV but you'd be welcome to bring one

Bills are included (based on last years cost of living).
