You would be sharing the flat with me and another lodger. We are 39 and 38 & work in finance and healthcare. We are friendly, clean, and quiet and we would like to find someone similar.
This would really suit a professional (not home working) who wants a comfortable home in a convenient location.
The room comes with the double bed, mattress, bedding if needed, chair, chest of drawers, and lamp, and will be available from 20th July.
A sheltered bike space is available for a small annual fee.
