I'm looking for a lodger for a double room in central Hove. The flat is in a purpose-built block which is warm and quiet. There is a communal garden. The BN34AF location is ideal as it's near the station, the beach, and all the, shops and coffee bars. All bills are included, and there is a decent WIFI connection.
You would be sharing the flat with two professional males. We are friendly, clean, and quiet and we would like to find someone similar. Apart from the bedrooms there is only one kitchen and one bathroom, so it may not suit someone who wishes to entertain or have overnight guests.
