A large, peaceful and furnished super king loft room in the heart of central Hove. You essentially have the entire top floor to yourself, including your own private bathroom and sitting area, with cracking sunset views.
You'll also have use of our shared kitchen and garden.
We're brilliantly located, just a few minutes from the beach, shops, cafés and lovely local pubs, with Hove station nearby and excellent bus links across Brighton & Hove and beyond.

You'll be sharing with me (Em, 47), my daughter (14), my son (10), who are with me around 50% of the time, and Harry, our very funny and loveable lap cat.
We're a friendly, easy-going family and home is very much our peaceful place to relax and unwind. I love sea swimming, country walks, open mic nights and the occasional trip to the pub. I work at a local Montessori school and also run my own natural skincare business, Olive & Joyce.

My children are kind, active and outdoorsy and love everything from martial arts and Parkruns to board games and films.

We've had several wonderful long-term lodgers over the years, as well as English language students from around the world, and many have stayed in touch long after moving on. We'd really like someone who feels part of our home, while still having plenty of privacy and their own life.
We're always happy to have a chat over a cup of tea, but equally completely respect everyone's personal space and downtime.

A few house notes:
• Vegan/vegetarian household, so we're looking for someone happy to keep the kitchen meat-free.
• Couples welcome for an additional £50 per month towards household bills.
• Sorry, we can't accommodate additional pets.
• Bills included, excluding Council Tax (if applicable) and parking permit.
