Our large south facing bedroom is fully furnished and decorated with earthy neutral tones, giving the bedroom a homely and comfortable atmosphere. The bedroom is spacious and has a dedicated living room area allowing you to enjoy your evenings in your private room. The space is equipped with blackout shutters and plenty of storage space in the bedroom, toilets and kitchen.

We are calm and easygoing people (previously a couple but now good friends), looking for a working professional who would like to join our happy home. I work 9-5 and my Ben works shifts, often working weekends and long hours. We are approachable and friendly, always happy to discuss any concerns and issues raised. We are both vegan and liberal people, our home is open to someone who is respectful of this. Our home is a safe space for people in the LGBTQIA, neuro-divergent or disabled community as well as people from different cultures/backgrounds 🌈.

We are looking for a working professional who ideally does not work from home full time (some days are okay). We are looking for an individual who is clean and tidy.

Our current lodger has decided to move on after happily living with us for 8 months. Our last lodger lived with us for 20 months.

We are in the process of putting this flat on the market, meaning occasionally people will be viewing the property. We are just at the start of this journey and it is expected that it will take at least 8 months (likely longer) for this flat to sell. We are completely transparent about this and if you moved in, would ensure you are kept in the loop about everything. We have aligned the price of the room to reflect that our lodger would need to be understanding of this.
