LODGER REQUIREMENTS

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and clean lodger who is in full time employment or full time student.

Not suitable for guests visiting. But family occasionally visiting is usually ok if advanced notice is given.

I have a small cute dog, so I’m looking for someone who likes dogs and doesn’t mind the odd barking at the post man etc.
