LODGER REQUIREMENTS

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and clean lodger who is in full time employment.

Would prefer a female but will consider everyone,

Not suitable for guests visiting. But family occasionally visiting is usually ok if advanced notice is given.

I have a small cute dog, so I’m looking for someone who likes dogs and doesn’t mind the odd barking at the post man etc.

No smoking.
