The house has a small cute dog so you need to like dogs and not mind some barking at the postman etc.

Not suitable for guests, but family visiting occasional is usually ok if advanced notice is given.

I’m looking for either a full time student or someone in full time employment (not working from home).

The house is myself (landlord) and 3 lodgers.
