Furnished room in house near Hove Park

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful lodger. Either a working professional or full time student.

This is not suitable for home workers as I work from home. 1 day max working from home per week.

Friendly household but it’s not suitable to have guests visit (but family visiting occasionally is OK, please give advance notice though.

No smoking/vaping/candles/insence or drugs

The house has a small cute dog so you need to like dogs and not mind some barking at the postman etc.

House is on a very quiet way road with plenty of free street parking and has a nice garden. Large Waitrose and One Stop are a short walk away, bus stops into town very close to the house.
