I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and clean lodger who is in full time employment (not suitable for working from home full time). Full time students are also welcome, please just check the location is ok first before getting in touch.

Not suitable for guests visiting. But family occasionally visiting is usually ok if advanced notice is given.

No smoking, candles, insense etc.

I have a small cute dog, so I’m looking for someone who likes dogs and doesn’t mind the odd barking at the post man etc.

The house is on a quiet road with plenty of free street parking. And in a very safe residential area near Hove Park.

The house currently has myself (male), 2 females and 1 other male. The male is moving in June.
Room is around 12 ft x 8 ft
