Furnished room near Hove park

Hi there! Please read the below before getting in touch. And let me know a bit about yourself and what you do for work.

Rent £150 per week (inc bills)
Includes
Bedroom
Bathroom / toilet (shared)
Kitchen (shared)
Living room / Garden (not included)

House is myself, with 3 rooms available on a lodging basis.

The house has a small cute dog so you need to like dogs and not mind some barking at the postman etc.

Not suitable for guests, but family visiting occasional is usually ok if advanced notice is given.

I’m looking for someone in full time employment (not working from home) or a full time student. And someone who is very clean and tidy.
