Double room in spacious Hove apartment

Me (Gina) and my housemate Amelia are looking for a new tennant to move into the third bedroom of our lovely hove flat!

I am 33 and manage a coffee shop in Brighton whilst also working during some evenings as a private tutor! In my spare time I enjoy walking, Pilates, horse riding, playing my keyboard and going for coffee/dinner/drinks with friends! Amelia is 27, works in fundraising, and works hybrid between home and the office. She enjoys running, reading and going out to cafes. We are sociable and friendly (though not a party house!) and when we are both home like to catch up and spend time watching films/tv in the evening (:

We are looking for someone who is easy to get along with, clean and tidy and is happy to both enjoy their own space and socialise as a flat!

The room is a medium double with lovely views over hove. There is a double bed/mattress and some other furniture which will be staying in the room if you need it! The rent is £716.67 per month and includes heating and hot water. The additional bills including council tax add up to approximately £135 per person per month.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, a bright spacious living room, dining area and a nice kitchen. The location is great as we are on the number 7 bus route and a 5 min walk from Hove station. We are 10 mins away from the local shops, cafes and bars in Hove and also the seafront/beach!

Parking onsite is unavailable however you can apply for a local permit to park on the road and the waiting list is short at the moment.
