Me (Gina) and my housemate Keith are looking for a new tennant to move into the third bedroom of our lovely hove flat!
I am 31 and manage a coffee shop in Brighton whilst also working during some evenings as a private tutor! In my spare time I enjoy walking, yoga, playing my keyboard and going for coffee/dinner/drinks with friends! Keith works as a postman in hove and enjoys films, hanging out with friends, cooking and going to the gym. We are sociable and friendly (though not a party house!) and when we are both home like to cook together and spend time watching films/tv in the evening (:
We are looking for someone who is easy to get along with, clean and tidy and is happy to both enjoy their own space and socialise as a flat!
The room is a medium double with a built in wardrobe and lovely views over hove. There is a double bed and set of draws which will be staying in the room if you need them! The rent is £683 per month and includes heating and hot water. The additional bills including council tax add up to approximately £130 per person per month.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, a bright spacious living room, dining area and a nice kitchen. The location is great as we are on the number 7 bus route and a 5 min walk from Hove station. We are 10 mins away from the local shops, cafes and bars in Hove and also the seafront/beach!
Parking is unavailable however you can apply for a local permit to park on the road and the waiting list is short at the moment.
