Lovely double bedroom in poets corner 🌞

Hi everyone, we have a double room available and are currently looking to find the right person to replace one of us who is moving in with their partner.

We value our positive and relaxed atmosphere so are hoping for someone who is considerate of living in a shared house, tidy, punctual with rent/bills, respectful of each other's space but would also like to do the occasional activity together. We are all working professional and are looking for the same to join us (unfortunately no students nor couples), we have a mix of interest between hiking, going to gigs, gardening, a couple of us are into board games and some of us are veggie/vegan. LGBTQ+ friendly.

The room is unfurnished with the option of buying the bed from the previous housemate. Bills are not included in the rent and come to around £120 a month. We have high speed broadband with Zen.

The house is in an excellent location in Poet's corner, Hove being only 10 minutes walk from a large Tesco, the beach and Aldrington/Hove stations. It is also extremely well connected by bus and train to the town centre and other parts of the city. Street parking is available with a permit and currently there is no waiting list (zone R).

The house layout is comprised of a separate living area, a large kitchen (with two ovens, two fridge/freezers and a dishwasher!), a dining area, a downstairs toilet, two communal bathrooms and a sun trap garden.
