Large Room in West Hove near Poets Corner

Hello there! We’re looking for a tenant to replace our housemate who will be sadly leaving us this December..

About the room:
the room is spacious with enough room for a double bed and a desk. The room will be unfurnished but it will include the wardrobe and the whiteboard.

About the house:
It’s a maisonette in Portland Road with plenty of shops, pubs and takeaway restaurants. We’re in West Hove with great bus links (49,46,2) and Aldrington train station is just a 5 minute walk away.

There’s two bathrooms, a main bathroom with a shower over a bathtub and a cubicle with a toilet and a shower, a kitchen with plenty of space and some storage cupboards in the hallway. Also a large living room with a couple of sofas.

Bills:
Bills aren’t included but they’re roughly around £140 per person (using winter prices) which is council tax, energy, water, wifi and a cleaner that comes fortnightly. Of course with some bills like energy and water can vary due to usage.

About us:
We’re a bunch of 20 somethings that started off as strangers living together but we all get along and sometimes watch films together as well as being respectful of everyone’s privacy .
You’ll be living Alix (she/they), Ellen (they/them), and myself Dinah (she/they).
Although we do have friends over from time to time, this is not a party house. When we do have friends over we try to be mindful and let everyone know using our WhatsApp group chat.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, quiet, clean and proactively communicative. LGBT friendly and willing to do a covid test whenever they are feeling unwell as one of us is clinically vulnerable.
