The room is furnished including a double bed, large wardrobe and black out blinds.

I’m currently in the middle of open plan renovation, and new bathroom, so sadly no updated pics to show as yet. Completion date is set for 24th April.

The communal areas are furnished. The brand new kitchen is equipped with all integrated appliances. Kitchen/dinner is a large open space with bifolds out on to the garden. There is a nice garden that gets sun all day as south facing. The kitchen leads into a living/snug room.

There is a brand new bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet. Downstairs toilet.

Bills are included which includes gas, electric, council tax, water and fast broadband.

Located in the four streets area of Hove there is everything on the doorstep. Great shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, the beach etc.

The house is close to Hove stations and a short walk to the beach.

I’m a queer women and would prefer to live with open and like minded person. I’m a busy human, so looking for someone respectful of peace and calm. Tidiness and a clean space is important part of how I relax, so looking for someone respectful of that. Always open for chatting and chilling over a movie.

Also I have a small dog, called Lola, hypoallergenic so fine for anyone allergic, she’s genuinely the cutest and easiest dog going, but appreciate I’m a bit biased.
