The communal areas are furnished. The brand new kitchen is equipped with all integrated appliances. Kitchen/dinner is a large open space with bifolds out on to the garden. There is a nice garden that gets sun all day as south facing. The kitchen leads into a living/snug room.

There is a brand new bathroom with shower, bath, sink and toilet.

Bills (£175) are included which includes gas, electric, council tax, water and fast broadband.

Located in the four streets area of Hove there is everything on the doorstep. Great shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, the beach etc.

The house is close to Hove stations and a short walk to the beach.

Accessibility: step free access to house and ground floor area. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs, 14 steps to bathroom and additional two to bedroom.

I’m a queer women and would prefer to live with open and like minded person. I’m a busy human, so looking for someone respectful of peace and calm. Tidiness and a clean space is important part of how I relax, so looking for someone respectful of that. Always open for chatting and chilling over a movie, but I have a busy life and out and about a fair amount. My partner and I share space between our places 50/50 , sometimes we are there and sometimes she is here.

Also I have a small dog, called Lola, hypoallergenic so fine for anyone allergic, she’s genuinely the cutest and easiest dog going, but appreciate I’m a bit biased.
