Double room in lovely flat near the sea

I have a spacious double room available in my flat in central Hove.

The flat is warm, peaceful and light, 2 mins from Hove's many cafes, shops and restaurants, is 500m to the sea and has easy access to buses into Brighton

The room is at the back of the house, with views over gardens below and is fully furnished with bills, cleaning, council tax and WiFi included.
The room is spacious and bigger than it looks in the photos!

The flat is on 3 floors with a bathroom close to the room. The kitchen is shared and has a washing machine and cooking facilities.

I’m fairly quiet, but friendly and sociable. I work from home some of the time and like yoga, nature, meditation, books, films and eating out at local cafes and restaurants. I enjoy having a chat, but also value having my own space and a peaceful home.

I’m looking for a friendly professional person - someone who is working (ideally not working from home all the time), clean and tidy, considerate of others and who would enjoy living in a relaxed, respectful home. Someone who enjoys a balance of their own space and the occasional chat or shared time would be ideal.

I’m looking for someone for 3–6 months, although longer would definitely be possible for the right person.

Vegetarian preferred, but not essential.
