Beachside hove

Nice and airy beachside flat. Live in landlord looking for additional lodger for a three bed two bath flat.

The flat is right next to, rather than on, the beach. You can see the sea from the flat but 'sea views' might be pushing it a bit. There is a bakery/coffee shop downstairs and lots of pubs and eateries

The room has a double bed and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other.

This is generally a shorter term option, people normally stay around a year or so, and I would give you have an initial 3 month contract. But it’s a furnished lodger agreement so if you have a lot of stuff/furniture this is probably not for you.
Sheets and towels etc provided if you wish

I am looking for a professional with a sense of humour but students considered. I’m pretty easy going, am quite sporty and like to cook/drink wine: ride my bike about. I work away in London a bit and from home some of the time so, you would need to be in full time employment. While I accept that working from home occasionally is normal, I don’t really want someone who never leaves the house
