Large room available Hove

Large room available in apartment on The Drive in Hove. Close to Hove station and the sea. I live in the bedroom and renting out the lounge which is identical in size to bedroom. There is some storage in room and couch which can be converted to a double bed. There is a table and chairs and plenty of space for your own furniture if you have any however landlady happy for you to use the couch as a bed and will remove certain furniture of ypu don't need it. Lovely apartment with mods cons and a great landlady. You would be living with me a 46 year old woman. I am pretty relaxed. I enjoy the outdoors growing plants and paint in my spare time. I don't drink however I don't mind if you do. This is not a party house though more of a relaxed peaceful considerate environment to live in. I am cabin crew so I would be working away alot too so you would get the flat to yourself also which is a bonus. When i am home I am out and about but like to chill and relax at home too, to make sure i am rested for my next duty. Occasionally I have to get up early but I try to be as quiet as possible for the other person who I live with just in case someone is a light sleeper however our rooms are opposite ends of the flat which is nice. I am happy easy going person who is looking for the same. I am a spiritual person who likes being nature and meditates. I am repectful of peoples boundaries and looking for the same. Open communication is important so we can both be happy. Lovely landlady and the tenancy would start from the 06April for a year. The rent is 650 and the deposit would be the same. Looking to have a tenant confirmed asap to go forward with the new contract. The water is included in rent however the other bils go up and down due to time of year. Approx 150 for bills. No smoking in building but outside would be fine. No pets allowed. Very comfortable and great location. 3rd floor flat with plenty of light and a lift. Looking forward to hearing from people.
