The room is furnished with a large single bed a large chest of drawers. There’s space under the bed and on top of the wardrobe for storage, plus space for a desk/dressing table.

We have a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful, shared bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine .

Bills are included: gas, electric, council tax and super-fast broadband.

You’re more than welcome to use the kitchen and we want you to feel welcome in our home. It’s a relatively clean and tidy house and I’d like this to be respected in the shared spaces. Communal areas will be cleaned once a week.( but you must clean the kitchen immediately after use)

The house is few minutes from Hove Station and George St,
