Hello! I’m looking for a friendly housemate between the ages of 25-35 to join me in my 2 bed flat in Brighton.
Key details:
- Rent £750 per month excluding bills
- Total cost per month comes to about £900 (including council tax, TV licence, electricity, gas and water)
- Deposit is £850
- No students or smokers (sorry!)
- No pets (sorry again!)
- Move in date would be around beginning of June
About the flat:
It’s a basement flat with a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen that leads out to a small outdoor area. You’ll have full use of the main bathroom, as the master bedroom has an en-suite.
About the room:
The room is a good size for the price and comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There’s also plenty of space to fit a desk if needed.
About the location:
The flat is on a beautiful crescent located in a quiet and safe residential area just minutes from the sea. Brighton and Hove train stations are both within a 15-minute drive (Brighton ~15 mins, Hove ~5 mins), and there’s a bus stop just at the end of the street. You can walk to Churchill Square in 15 mins and Sainsbury’s and Tesco Express are just around the corner with other restaurants and amenities close by. There is residential parking and you’ll have access to the communal gardens just outside the flat :)
A bit about me, my name is Annabelle and I work as a beauty therapist in a hotel resort. I’m easy going, sociable and enjoy relaxing at the beach or exploring the shops and lanes in Brighton. Ideally I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful of the space and potentially up for having a cosy night in over a glass of wine after work.
