We’re looking for some to fill a double en-suite bedroom available in a well-maintained home in the heart of Hove. Located just a short walk from the seafront and within easy reach of local shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Great transport links with bus stops at the bottom of the road and in walking distance of Aldington train station.

The room is furnished with a king size bed with new memory foam mattress. It has its own private en-suite bathroom, providing a perfect balance of privacy and shared living.

Please note: I’m ideally looking for a female tenant, as my daughter stays with me from time to time. I currently live with one other female 39 year old lodger who works in town as a barber 5 days a week.

Available for short or long-term let for the right fit.
