A furnished double bedroom is becoming available in a well-maintained and peaceful home in the heart of Hove.

The house is a short walk from the seafront and within easy reach of local shops, cafés and restaurants. There are excellent bus links at the bottom of the road, and Aldrington train station is within walking distance.

The room is available for single occupancy, with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden.

You’ll be joining a small, friendly household consisting of the live-in owner and one other adult family member. There is also a resident cat called Max, so you’ll need to be comfortable around cats.

The house has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.

Available on a rolling monthly basis for the right person.
