Double room with own bathroom available in Hove.

Hey everyone,

My name is Ryan, I’m a 34 year old nurse living in the Hove / Poets Corner area.

My housemate is moving out at the end of the month and I am looking for somebody new to move in :)
You’d be living with me and my 10 year old Golden Lab, Frank.

The house itself is a really nice 2 bed flat, there’s a fully kitted out kitchen with everything you’d need and a from room with a big, comfy sofa, arm chair, dining table, tv with all the channels and streaming sites going + a PS5 if you’re up for a bit of gaming (and pop up dartboard haha) etc. The house also obviously comes with a good sized double bedroom with space enough for a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc and also comes with essentially an en suite bathroom. I have a bedroom and bathroom in the loft upstairs so I never use the downstairs one. There’s also a shared garden which I share with one of the other flats.

The total cost is £1000 per month - that’s all bills included which come to around £200-£250 each.

A bit about me (and Frank) - I’ve lived and worked in Brighton since I was 18, I work weekday nights in the hospital and at the weekends I like to mostly just take it easy, chill, walk the dog, cook food, see friends, go to the pub etc. Frank mostly just likes to walk and sleep these days, he’s a bit of an old boy now, but he’s young at heart and loves a good pat.

I’m looking for someone around my age, 10 years either way I guess. Someone who’s happy to watch tv and chill occasionally / appreciates their own time and space as well. I’ve no issues with people WFH and no issues with partners staying over as long as it’s not every night haha.
