Double room in Hove - All bills included.

Hey everyone,

My name is Ryan, I’m a 35 year old nurse living in the Hove / Poets Corner area.

My housemate is moving out at the end of the month and I am looking for somebody new to move in :)
You’d be living with me and my 11 year old Golden Lab, Frank.

The house itself is a really nice 2 bed flat situated a 10 minute walk away from Hove train station, 10 minutes from the seafront and 2 minutes away from local pubs and shops. The kitchen comes with everything you’d need and the front room has a big, comfy sofa, arm chair, dining table, tv with all the channels as well as Netflix and Amazon + a PS5 if you’re up for a bit of gaming (as well as the pop up dartboard that’s visible but I’ll only play that when you’re not in the room, don’t worry haha + you’re also obviously welcome to use 😀).

The room itself is a good sized double bedroom with space enough for a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc - the bed and mattress come with the room, however this it it in terms on bedroom furniture I’m afraid, though my current housemate may leave some stuff so I can ask her if you’d like anything)

The room also comes with essentially an en suite bathroom. I have a bedroom and bathroom in the loft upstairs so I never use the downstairs one. There’s also a shared garden which I share with one of the other flats.

A bit about me (and Frank) - I’ve lived and worked in Brighton since I was 18, I am currently at college on Mondays doing a carpentry course and work weekday nights in the hospital , so you’d get the house to yourself a fair amount. At the weekends I like to mostly just take it easy, see my girlfriend, walk the dog, cook food, see friends, go to the pub etc. Frank mostly just likes to walk and sleep these days, he’s a bit of an old boy now, but he’s young at heart and loves a good pat.

I’m looking for someone who’s happy to watch tv and chill occasionally / appreciates their own time and space as well. I’ve no issues with people WFH and no issues with partners staying over as long as it’s not every night haha.
