👥 Who lives here:
- Myself(F, live in landlord), my partner(M), and another lodger(M)
- We are all 30+
- We also have my family come to stay sometimes, throughout the year, my brother or my mum, (usually not all at once but never say never!), so must be ok with that. You will always be notified before they come to stay.

Ideal for:
A tidy, respectful mature student or student in their 3rd year but open to hearing from others. We are all a friendly bunch but we don’t necessarily hang out, we tend to do our own thing, and we definitely aren’t a party flat.

We’d like someone tidy who is happy to clean up after themselves and doesn’t mind doing their fair share of household tasks such as taking the bins out or giving the counters a wipe down.
