Lovely Ground-Floor Room to Rent in a Quiet, Frien

I have a lovely room available to rent in my home. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, while my niece and I are based on the first floor, so there is a nice degree of separation and privacy.

The house is generally quiet and relaxed. My 5-year-old niece lives with me for part of the week, so it’s important that whoever moves in is comfortable living in a home with a young child.

During the week she is at school from around 8:30am–6pm, and she is usually asleep by 8pm. Naturally, there can be a little bit of normal family noise around getting ready for school and bedtime, but otherwise the house is generally very peaceful. She is also away for part of each week.

You would have your own private ground-floor bedroom and share the bathroom, kitchen and living room.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, clean and considerate, and who would enjoy living in a calm, homely environment.
