A fantastic, large double room is available in this spacious 3 bedroom flat in Hove with another flat mate just off Palmiera square, a minute from the sea front.
I’ve listed the room as unfurnished but there is presently furniture in the room that can possibly be left depending on needs.
The large bedroom window faces the west so you often have a lovely orange glow coming into the room, especially in the summer months.
The remaining communal areas include bathroom, good size kitchen with a breakfast table and west facing balcony, a good size living room with a dining table and a third bedroom with a sofa bed and a desk.
As for me, I had a partner for over 10 years and then knew Max before he moved in so this is all relatively new territory for me although I’m looking forward to having a new flatmate.
I work freelance so you may not see me for a couple of days then be stuck with me for a couple more!
I like to be social but also like my own space and would look for the same with whomever moves in. I do smoke but only socially and on the rare occasion I smoke at home there is the balcony.
I do like to cook and am more than happy to have a glass of wine on the balcony in one of the local bars or pubs and even a Barbie on the seafront weather permitting.
If you don’t know the area there is a bus stop at the top of the road that services about 10 different routes all around Brighton. Hove station is about 15 minutes walk. Shops, bars and restaurants are all a 2-10 minutes walk away.
Cons are no dishwasher and there is a garage below so sometimes there is a bit of noise but the boys are good and generally respectful of upstairs.
There is no off street parking although you can park downstairs when the garage is closed on Sundays. Also residence parking is zone N so really not an issue getting a permit.
