Small Double bedroom in amazing location

With our great flatmate having to move coutries, this is an incredible opportunity to move in with 3 amazing people near the beach in Hove - just in time for Summer.

​Hove Beachfront has been recently developed opening beach volleyball courts, more restaurants, cafes, bars, tennis/racket courts etc. Theres also a leisure centre The King Alfred just down the road.
​The room itself is very cozy. The reason it's probably one of the cheapest in Brighton & Hove is because the 3 bed apartment was made into a 4 bed, so the fixed rent was divisible by 4 instead of 3. The room is somewhat small but I have raised the bed by 2 feet to create loads of space underneath for storage.
​Having said that, although there's a shelf and a TV, it wouldn't be ideal if you study or work from home.
​I have also added a DIY shelf across the cupboard and over to the door. The bedroom comes fully furnished as I'm leaving the country! So this includes the bed, the desk, the bedside lamp, the bedside drawers and even the TV if you fancy it for £20 or something. Alternatively if you want it unfurnished just ask and I will clear it out for you.
​The other housemates are really nice and if you're interested we have found the best way to get a sense of a potential housemate is to go for a quick drink at the nextdoor pub.
​Bills aren't included but they work out very average
