A bright, furnished double room is available immediately in Hove.

The house has a large shared lounge, a spacious kitchen, and a relaxed, sociable feel. The room comes furnished, so it would suit someone looking for somewhere comfortable and easy to move into.

I manage a marketing agency in Brighton, so I’m usually busy during the week, but I like the house to feel friendly and relaxed rather than just somewhere people pass through. I’m looking for someone easy-going, sociable, respectful and tidy, who will treat the place like a home.

You’ll also be sharing with Peach, my cocker spaniel, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs. She’s very much part of the house and is very friendly.

The current housemate is moving out to live with her partner, so the room is available straight away.
