Washing machine and all kitchen appliances (including airfryer and espresso machine). Ample cabinet space in kitchen and bathroom.

Somebody who works out of home, you are quiet and considerate but also up for a chat and a drink from time to time. Single occupancy only.

- Live-in landlord
- 44-year old neurodiverse queer woman

- Enjoy the beach, walking, gym, reading, correct punctuation, pedantry (only when it comes from me) and creative writing
- My girlfriend stays over a couple of nights a week and she has a quiet and friendly 13 year old labrador.
