I am looking for a clean, tidy, considerate and reliable lodger who values privacy and enjoys a calm, respectful home environment. This would be ideal for someone who is out at work or studying during the day and is looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to come home to.

I share my home with a friendly Cockapoo and a cat, so the room would best suit someone who genuinely likes animals and is comfortable living with pets.

My son is away at university during term time and returns during holidays. The lodger would still retain full use of their room throughout the year.

To maintain the quiet nature of the flat, overnight guests and regular visitors are not permitted.
