Quiet, Lovely Room to Rent – £800 per Month

I’m looking for a lodger to share my lovely flat in a quiet, safe residential block. The flat is in The Drive, close to the sea and the shops so an excellent Hove location. This would be ideal for a female student that does not want to live in halls or a noisy house share, (also female, working professionals considered but would need to pay the extra council tax of £50pm).

The room is furnished with a large wardrobe , chest of drawers and optional desk.. You’ll have use of the shared kitchen and bathroom. The living room is not shared, so the arrangement would suit someone who is happy with their own space and enjoys a peaceful home environment.

I have a friendly Cockapoo dog and a cat, so it would be ideal for someone who enjoys animals and doesn’t mind the occasional wagging tail or furry companion! My son is at university during term time and returns during holidays, so this is very much a settled family home rather than a house share.

While everyone has their own lives, it’s always nice to exchange a chat over a cup of tea from time to time!
