Hey, my housemate and I are working professionals looking to get a roommate in to take over a double bedroom. I, Matt, am 23 and work full time in Sussex for a design agency and Finn, 23, also works full time in Sussex. We are looking for someone who is friendly and tidy to take over the room. We both enjoy sports, watching films, drinking the occasional pint (or two) and cooking so are looking for a sociable person.

The flat is a nice, modern flat which is 2 minutes walk away from the seafront and Palmeira square. Comes with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and is just a stones throw away from Sainsbury’s or Tescos and an array of wonderful bars, cafes and pubs. Importantly is at the back of the building so doesn’t look onto noisy western road traffic!
