It is located at Hove Central, newly built.

The flat has a long balcony around the flat, it makes it bright and sunny al day. Shared living room and kitchen, fitted with new oven/microwave/dishwasher.

You will have your own room and bathroom with bathtub.

The building complex has shared office space, gym, cinema room, common spaces and rooftop terraces.

I have a cat, who is around the common spaces and in my room.
I work in the hospital, mostly in, but sometimes working from home.
As I moved here recently I am still exploring the area, but there are several good coffee places, the beach is 15-20 mins walk, and there are Aldi, Lidl, Waitrose about 5-10 mins walk.

I am looking for a flatmate who would treat it as a home.
