I have a bright and sunny lovely double room available in fantastic 2-bedroom flat in Central Hove.

The room is in central Hove, near the seafront, spacious flat, ground-floor access and available ASAP. I am looking for someone to move in on the 1st September 2026 or at the lastest 7th September.

The room is furnished with an inbuilt wardrobe and chest of draws and a bed and you also get your own bathroom.

You would be sharing with a friendly female flatmate. I run my own business doing social media and digital marketing working from home.

I am looking for a clean and tidy professional and preferably a non-smoker. I am very sociable and am looking for a friendly, laid-back flatmate to share my beautiful home. I am pretty quiet during the week but like to socialise at the weekends.

This definitely isn't a party flat but am definitely up for having the odd dinner, glass of wine. or movie night. But I am not a party animal so I don't drink much and definitely no drugs. I am looking to live with someone who wants to live in beautiful, clean, quiet home. I have decorated the flat and have made it a beautiful space to live in.

I am looking for someone who likes to socialise and meet new people but is also respectful of others and will look after the place and clean up after yourself.

I work really hard during the week and like going to the gym and keeping fit. The flat is very central and is a 5-minute walk to Hove Station, town centre and seafront.

There is a large living room, bright modern galley kitchen, decent sized bathroom which will be yours as I have an en-suite. I have TV/broadband internet and all the mod cons.

The rent is 750 per month plus bills which are roughly £150-£180 per month and the deposit is £750. It is a private landlord, so no agency fees. I would like someone in full time employment who doesn't work from home. No students, No couples and No pets
