New flatmate required for lovely flat in Hove!

Hi! I’m Eisladh (24, nonbinary (they/them) bi) and I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me, my partner Ben and our other flatmate Eloisa in our lovely flat in Hove!

The rent is £567 a month (as of writing this ad, will update if this changes) and bills come to around £80-90 each a month. The room is a good size and fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is also a sofa in there that the previous tenant left but feel free to get rid of this if you like :)

The kitchen is a good size, with plenty of cupboard space and all the necessities, and the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, with grab bars if you need them. There is unfortunately no living room as we turned it into an extra bedroom to keep the rent lower.

The building itself has two entrances, both of which have ramps for disabled access and lifts to all floors. There’s a communal garden available to all tenants which is really lovely in summer, and the flat looks out over the County Cricket Ground.

My partner and I are vegan and Eloisa is vegetarian so we would prefer someone that also doesn’t eat meat but it’s not a dealbreaker! I have two cats, Beans and Bao, who are both sweethearts, so an animal lover is a must. Unfortunately we won’t be able to accept any applications with other pets as the flat just isn’t big enough for more than two, sorry :/

You’ll need a UK Guarantor or to be able to pay 6 months upfront. The flat is available from 29th August officially but an earlier move in can be arranged if needed :)
