We are looking for someone to rent out our spare room as a short-term let.
The space: The room has a double bed (memory foam mattress) with an antique desk. Loads of room and tastefully decorated. The flat is a top floor flat (no lift) in central Hove and near to all amenities. The bathroom and living spaces (kitchen, dining and lounge) are shared. There is a strong WiFi and you will have access to all TV platforms (e. g., Netflix, Disney, Prime).
Bills: All bills are included except for the heating. We would ask that you contribute 50% of the bill.
We have a dog so you will need to be dog-friendly. We live in London and Brighton so there may be nights where you will have the flat to yourself. We are both professional and ideally, are looking for a professional to share our space.
