A large double attic room available in 3 bedroom house. The room is bright and airy with three Velux windows - getting sun morning and evening. Peaceful, private feel overlooking gardens. Quiet at the front and back.

You'll be sharing with one other person – I'm a part-time teacher in local primary schools. While I'm sociable and happy to chat, I also appreciate everyone's independence and privacy.

Short to medium term let. Potential for longer.

Shared bathroom w/shower and bath on first floor. Second W/C on ground floor.

Use of a large shared kitchen, cosy lounge and beautiful garden.
