Bright double room friendly Hove home

We have a spacious, fully furnished double room available in our bright and welcoming home in Hove.

The room comes with its own private bathroom, and the rent includes all bills as well as a regular cleaner, making for easy, hassle-free living.

There is off-street parking available, along with secure bike storage for anyone who prefers to get around on two wheels.

The house offers plenty of shared space, including a large kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking and sharing meals, as well as a cosy snug for reading, relaxing and playing music. Outside, you'll find a lovely south-facing garden that's perfect for enjoying sunny days.

You'll be sharing the house with us, Sunny and Claire, friendly, relaxed live-in landlords who have plenty of our own interests and hobbies, including singing in choirs, running, tennis and musical theatre. We're sociable and enjoy having friends round from time to time, but we're definitely not party animals.

The house is also home to a friendly pet tortoise!

The location is ideal, with Hove Park just a short walk away, along with Waitrose, Lidl and Aldi. Bus routes 21 and 5B are very close by, providing excellent links into central Brighton and Hove.

We're looking for someone who would enjoy being part of a friendly household. Ideally, we'd prefer a housemate who doesn't work from home full-time, as we both work from home for much of the week ourselves.
