Our current housemate is moving back to Cornwall in December so we need to find a new tenant, the flat is beautiful with loads of space, a huge kitchen/living room with modern kitchen facilities and a sizeable garden, we have two parking spaces included currently not in use and a great rapport with other flats in the building.
Myself and Lorna are both professional full time workers in a hybrid role, the flat is very relaxed and we have a tidy, clean environment We have quite busy schedules so don’t tend to hang out much as a flat but it’s a very easy going space.
We have a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and other amenities too.
Easy to access bus routes for the 1,6 700 and short walk to the 1X at either end of the road and 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Bills work out about £150 each (council tax/water/energy/ WiFi) and rent is £733 each.
